These terms ("Terms") govern your use of certain demo services provided by ORE Tech Ltd. ("ORE" and/or the "Company"), to you, either as an individual and/or representing a corporation or another entity ("You", "Your", etc.).

1. ORE Services. 
You hereby agree to receive certain demo services from ORE with respect to online trading, facilitated via the Company's online based "white label" demo trading system, designated inter-alia to provide a certain online, simulated trading platform, for Your use (the "Demo Platform"). 

2. Warranties; Limited Liability. 
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE DEMO PLATFORM IS DESIGNATED FOR TRAINING AND EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS ONLY (THE "AUTHORIZED PURPOSE") WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE), AND THAT NO ACTUAL TRANSACTIONS (SUCH AS MONETARY AND/OR SECURITIES RELATED TRANSACTIONS) WILL ACTUALLY TAKE PLACE. 
THE DEMO PLATFORM (INCLUDING ALL INFORMATION AND MATERIALS TRANSMITTED THROUGH IT) IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION AND/OR WARRANTY BY THE COMPANY, AND YOU SPECIFICALLY UNDERSTAND THAT SUCH INFORMATION AND MATERIALS ARE NOT NECESSARILY CORRECT AND/OR ACCURATE, AND MAY NOT BE USED BY YOU FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE THAN THE DEMO. IN ANY CASE, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE COMPANY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY (IF IN FACT PAID AT ALL). YOU FURTHER UNDERSTANDS THAT THE COMPANY PROVIDES NO WARRANTY THAT THE DEMO PLATFORM SHALL BE "BUGS" OR ERROR FREE AND/OR PROVIDE FULL, UPDATED AND/OR ACCURATE DATA AND/OR RESULTS, NOR SHALL IT BE CONSTANTLY AVAILABLE AND/OR WHEN AVAILABLE, SHALL BE AT ADEQUATE SPEED. 

3. Your Responsibilities.
YOU SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISUSE OF THE DEMO PLATFORM, AND SHALL FULLY INDEMNIFY THE COMPANY AND/OR ANYONE ON ITS BEHALF FOR ANY CLAIMS AND/OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR BREACH OF THESE TERMS.

4. Proprietary Materials; Confidentiality.
You acknowledge that the Demo Platform and/or any derivatives (including, without limitations, components, modules, plugins, add-ons, features, third-party components, know-how, ideas, source-code, algorithms, business methods, financial plans, software, processes, GUI, API, trademarks or logos, etc.), are the exclusive property of the Company, and that You have no right and/or license to them other than the limited right as herein prescribed. 
You shall further refrain from, and prevent others from exporting, reverse engineering, decompiling, translating, hacking, blocking any Demo Platform service and/or transmission, gaining unlawful access, modifying, copying, adapting, varying, altering, changing, modifying, tempering with, or disassembling the Demo Platform or attempting to create the source code from the object code of the Demo Platform, reselling or exploiting the Demo Platform for any purposes other than the Authorized Purpose. 

5. General.
Each party may promptly terminate the services provided to you by ORE regarding the Authorized Purpose, with immediate effect. ORE may adopt certain changes to the Terms from time-to-time. 
The Company will not share or disclose any private and/or identifiable information relating to You, yet may collect and analyze non-personal and/or non-identifiable information for statistical or other uses, provided however, that the Company may record the IP address used by You and/or otherwise make use of "cookies" etc., for identification, log creation, and/or monitoring purposes.
This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Israel (without giving effect to choice of law rules), and the competent courts Tel-Aviv, Israel, shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising thereof.
Applicable notices shall be provided to You in accordance with the contact information provided by the You upon setting up the applicable account required for the use of the Demo Platform, and may also be sent via email. Notices to the Company shall be delivered to info@ore.com.
The provisions of sections 2, 4, and 5 shall be perpetual, and shall survive the termination of these Terms, for whatever reason.
